Little Blue Socks

So far I have made 2 socks from the yarn I showed you yesterday.  They look completely different...

Sock 1 and 2

So I wound off some yarn so that I could start another sock at roughly the same place as the first one...

ball wound off

I have got this far with the next (third) sock...

3rd sock

...and it DOES look very like the beginning of the first one.

If it turns out sufficiently like the first one to make a 'pair' then, logically, the next one should be very similar to the second one I made.

I'll let you know.

Incidentally, I'm still enjoying the knitting on 2 circulars!

Gosh Penny, you have a lot of patience!!! Those are great socks though and I hope you are successful with a second non matching pair so that you can team them up with their 'twins'!!

Oh Penny, these little socks are so sweet! The fact they are not exactly the same is what makes them charming in my opinion!

How clever you are using circular needles.
My mother always seemed to be knitting socks and used circular needle too.

Thank you for contributing to my laptop/tablet post, I appreciate your input.
The samsung tablet I looked at, had a separate bluetooth keyboard which was like the normal one on a laptop.
So I could use that rather than typing on the tablet part - can you let me know if you think that would work?! sorry to be a hassle.

Congrats on your weight loss - you look trim to me. I need to watch my weight every minute of the day - I'm so weak when it comes to lovely wine and food!!

I simply adore self striping sock yarn however that is one drawback of such yarn. It's always a pain to make both socks match!

Hope you have a wonderful weekend Penny x
