The pink skirt came from the Book Sale at Clussais-la-Pommerais and Janet brought me the Vilene back from England on her last visit there.
Together they are the makings of some new lavender hearts to sell in the shop on the Charity Shop Weekend
... or at the Hope Christmas Sale (more details nearer the time).

Sunflower Surprise
The birds kindly planted this sunflower for me, which I have cut and put in a vase, as I don't think we're going to get enough hot sun now to set and ripen the seeds for more bird food...
It's nice to have something cheerful on the table!

Very pretty fabric, I love the pink, it would make a nice party dress for a Sasha doll!
The little heart is cute too, and great that it's for a good cause.
And what a nice gift from the birds, love your sunflower....ours are well gone now, I think by June/July they were all bowing their heads and all brown and dry. :(
