Snovember

Well, yesterday the forecast for today and the next few days was snow... but we haven't had it yet.  Frost, yes...

frosted blackberry leaves

frosted iris

...and mist over the cow field...

But a bright, sunny day nevertheless.

Charity Weekend Result

In case you haven't read the Chez Penny blog, the Charity Weekend sale raised almost ONE THOUSAND EUROS!!!  Many thanks to everyone involved.

Brrr! I remember when we lived over there people all seemed to think it must be warmer than here but I found it much the same as here except when cold it was colder, when hot hotter and when it rained or snowed it did it more in France. Mind you being that bit further south when the sun was out it still had warmth in it unlike here now!

Great news on the charity weekend, well done to all of you...worth all the hard work!!!
Hugs Sharon in Spain xx

Oh, well done Penny! That is a huge sum to raise, particularly in France, where I dont think there is the same enthusiasm for charity events (or not in Brittany anyway)
