Slipper-y Slope

Today looks like being a lovely day. I was up early to take full advantage of it. The grass needs cutting again, even though I did it all last week - but that'll have to wait until later in the day when the dew's all burnt off.

Debra is coming over for lunch today, so I went out early for some bread and to take a couple of parcels to the post office. I got to the top of the road and realised I was still wearing my slippers! Old age comes to us all...

Flowers are beginning to open in the garden now, like this allium...

...so pretty...
