Thawing Out

Looks like it's thawing today. The main roads are clear (though slushy) and there are icicles dripping off the (rather inadequate) guttering on a building which adjoins the back of my house...

...but I am judging mainly by the change in the snow that has accumulated on the little window over the stairs...
