Hot and Sunny

I was right - the mist burnt off and the day was very hot.  

I spent another hour digging some more of the potager...

...and early this evening I was able to cut the lawn, although I was scarlet with effort at the end of it!  Looks pretty good now though.

Now, finally, a little bit of work on the Amari shawl.  Maybe I'll even get back to where I was this morning, before I had to pull it back to this...

G'day Penny. Your garden looks beautiful. The tall plants that I can see, are they Irises? We are in our winter here now and they are saying for my part of the country today, that heavy rain is expected. The doggie and I have just returned from our walk (it's 8.00am) and by the looks of it, we got in just in time.Love the shawl, shame to had to spend the time unpicking it, but it looks great. You've been so productive! As for the Amari Shawl, sorry you had to frog back but you'll be happy you did when you're done and getting huge compliments on your beautiful shawl!
