Well, it seems that if you want to sell in more than one Amazon country, you have to provide bank account details - with a bank in each country.
How many people have bank accounts in lots of different countries? I suspect only big companies do, so that works against me as a seller. I also am a bit wary of entering any bank account details...
So, back to the drawing board...
