Montmorillon Brocante
Today I went to a brocante with my friend Janet. It was in Montmorillon, a pretty town, but it wasn't actually very good. and we bought very little. Which WAS good!
I bought a set of tiny liqueur glasses - especially to drink my Sloe Gin in...
...at a VERY petit prix - 1.50€ for all 4! And yes, I HAVE tried them out and they are EXCELLENT!!!!!
I also bought a whole box of those teeny, tiny Bonne Maman jam jars...
..and yes - I DO have a use for them.. When I remember it...
The Story of a Quiche
Janet gave me a whole load of vegetables from her garden so I decided to make a quiche (sort of my signature dish)...This is it as it came out of the oven...
I've just dug up some of my potatoes to go with it, so I'm having a feast tonight!

There is no way I would be able to walk past a whole box of tiny jam jars either. Have fun inventing a use for them! The quiche is making my mouth water.
Ooh, I can almost taste that! I love making quiche using our fresh vegetables.
Mmmm I love quiche and homemade is even better.
Well done on getting an almost identical pair of socks. Not an easy thing to do with self striping yarns :)
Penny the socks are lovely and look like a perfect match to me!
The quiche looks delicious, nothing like the vegetable quiche I just bought from the supermarket. I bet yours tastes so much nicer too!
