Well, the packing is getting done slowly and more and more boxes are filling the house. I'm off to France next week for the final signing and then the house is mine at last! Here's a picture of it as it is now.
Despite the fact that it has no proper sanitation yet, and that the electricity board probably won't let me turn on the power until the whole place has been re-wired, I can't wait to move there. It can't be any worse than camping in a tent, can it?
The view is partly what sold it to me - as you can see... the hills in the background are the Monts de Blond - a very touristy part of the Limousin.
