6th March (still!)

Roasted Pepper Soup

...for dinner tonight!

I know a lot more about roasting peppers now than I did this morning...

  1. Cut the peppers into EVEN slices
  2. Peel while still just warm
  3. Red peppers peel better than green peppers
  4. Don't roast for too long - the crispy black bits on the edges are no use to you
  5. Olive oil is good for the roasting, but makes the pieces into slippery little suckers...
