L'Isle Jourdain Market

Went to blog this and half my little buttons have disappeared. Must be a problem somewhere. Hope you can still read this.

Went to the market today at L'Isle Jourdain - it's on the 20th of every month, but it gets bigger with the coming of the summer months. It has the MOST enormous yarn lorry, but I managed to restrain myself as I haven't used up what I bought last time!

There were lots of lovely plants too, but I still haven't got to grips with the garden yet, and need to make room for what I have in pots already - if I don't want to be watering all day long in the summer.

I love the dress stalls - I don't know who buys that stuff!

Also observed this touching encounter between an erstwhile Cathy and her Heathcliffe (although they do seem to have aged rather badly)...

Next to the plant stall was this stall selling, well, death, it seems...

More tea, Vicar?

You definitely need to look into an automatic watering system for some of the pots at least.

I didnt BUY any of those plants - and most of what I have already are destined to be planted in the garden at some point...
