Yesterday the builders said they would be in late today as they had to go and get more materials. I had an appointment at 10am so gave them the keys.
When I got back at about 1.45 they had propped up the roof outside the window and taken out the old lintel. However, they haven't put in a new one yet as they were unsure of the size needed.
Very little else seems to have been achieved. One builder left as he had an appointment at the doctor and the other left to fetch the lintel in preparation for tomorrow. The time now is 2.45 pm!
