Pears Pattern

I put the pear pattern on Ravelry today - you can download it for free. In a couple of hours I've had 16 people add it as a favourite! Gives you a kinda warm feeling inside...
Might seem a kind of strange idea - a knitted pear, filled with lavender - but it seems to have a lot of appeal! It wasn't my original idea - I bought a pattern, but found it impossible to follow, so made up my own.

Hot and Cold

The weather is a little difficult to guess...

...this morning was so cold I lit the fire, but now it's baking hot and I'm scarlet in the face after cutting the lawn!


...obviously this kind of thing is pretty stressful, so (and for medicinal purposes only, of course) I'm having to cool down with a glass of red wine...

Don't I remember a recipe for pears and red wine?......
