The Rockery

It was such a lovely afternoon, I couldn't stay indoors knitting, so I thought I would try and finish the rockery I started last year. The soil was hard, but the weeds are growing fast, so I knew I'd better get in there and sort it out...

...now I just need to weed the border and put a few more plants in to replace the ones that didn't survive the lack of water when I was away last summer. Still - it's beginning to look quite good...

Well done! Rockeries are so difficult to keep weed free aren't they? We have one at the front of our house and it so quickly gets overgrown if I don't keep at it! Enjoy the fine weather - it's freezing here today and the sun is struggling to peek through - have just been outside pricking out somne seedlings and have now come in and made soup to warm us up!!

Too nice to stay inside? It's still bloomin' freezing in Paris. Bah!

A good way to spend your 20 Minuters! An outside 20 Minutes. :0)
I am sure it took more than just 20 though - it really does look good.
