Is it cold where you are? It's pretty parky here, but I'm toasty warm, as I've lit the fire in the cottage. A lot of heat goes up the chimney of course but, as my settee is only about a metre away from the fire, I do get nice and warm!
Craft Sales
On a different note, I had a stand today at a Coffee Morning and Table-Top Sale in a church hall near the centre of town. It was a great success and I sold quite a lot of stock. Predictably scarves, hats and gloves, but also gift-y items such as the flower hair clips for little girls...
... hanging birds...
and the flower corsage brooches...
I really enjoyed the event, not least because the other stand holders and the organisers were so nice! My daughter came along with Max, who is almost 4 months old and we had a great time.
Unfortunately I forgot to take my camera - so no photos of the actual event, I'm afraid.
They have four of these sales a year, so I'm definitely going to have a table there again - Easter will be the next one...

Looks like you are settling in well there! And at least all the customers spoke English too.
