But twice today SFR phoned - or should I say TRIED to phone me about my NOT having the Internet and a phone through my Neufbox. Trouble is the signal is so poor that when they call the phone doesn't ring and they then send me a text, asking me to ring them. This I do and the whole cycle happens again. Nothing happens in the long run except that my calling credit gets less and less...
When you ring their 'customer service' line there is a long wait which eats up the credit. The last person I spoke to was very helpful and I persuaded him to tell the technician (who is supposed to be calling to arrange a visit to the house) to send me a text with a suggested date and time on, so I just have to text back YES please! Whether that will work or not is anybody's guess..
Meanwhile, I have painted some walls with Wiltshire White and... I DON'T LIKE IT !!!! Now what to do?
You know, I think what I dislike most about white is that it picks up the reflection of other colours... the end nearest to the yellow wall looks yellowy and the end near the window looks pinky - reflecting the bricks of the window embrasure...
I really like the yellow and had planned for the whole room to be yellow, but I just haven't got enough of the paint left for that. Bother!

Dare one suggest painting over it? You may find it tones itself down in a while. Put pictures and things on the walls to combat the whiteness.
