This is my first post of the new year - I hope it's a good one for everyone (the year, that is).
I'm almost recovered from my fall, but it was touch and go there for a couple of days when I felt like a really old person. Now there's just the bruised bits that are slightly painful when I sit down ...
I went shopping in Confolens today and bought some English cheddar in an English épicerie. Followed by some supermarket shopping where I saw a lovely fresh cauliflower, it just had to be Cauliflower Cheese for tea tonight..... and tomorrow.... and some left for the freezer.... OK, well it was quite a big cauliflower!
