Squirrels and Socks

Seems the dormice may be squirrels...  they do look like squirrels, it's just that they don't hold their tails up like squirrels...  Anyway, they're a pest, whatever!


Now for the socks!


I have made Molly several pairs of socks in the last few weeks, and these are the latest...





The yarn is from Renaissance Dyeing and is a mixture of 60% merino, 10% silk, 15% bamboo and 15% nylon.  It feels lovely - warm enough for winter, but silky enough for summer.





I finally created my own pattern - I think I'm getting the hang of socks now!
